Northern Inland Football (NIF) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Operations Manager to lead the organisation’s day to day operations and to provide ongoing strategic support and advice on relevant management issues to the Board of Directors.
NIF is recognised by Northern NSW Football as the body responsible for the administration, promotion and delivery of football throughout the Northern Inland Region of NSW. NIF is one of Northern NSW Football’s 7 Member Zones and provides opportunities for approximately 6200 registered players to enjoy the sport of football.
NIF has an office in Tamworth and the position reports to the Zone Board of Directors through the President/Chair. The successful candidate will have a proven track record at a managerial operations level and a demonstrated ability support change while meeting challenges that emanate from working in a dynamic environment with member clubs, volunteers and other stakeholders.
A remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate commensurate with demonstrated knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications. A discussion before applying about your expectations and our capabilities to meet them would be advantageous.
