June 22nd, 2018

The tournament will be held at C.ex Coffs Harbour International Stadium on the July 16-20 and gives Jack and Samantha a valuable development opportunity, as the tournament is used by FFA referee coaches to view current National Talent Pool members, as well as referees striving to be appointed to the National Talent Pool in the future.

In addition to their appointments, Stuart Hansen (NNSWF Referees and Macquarie Referees) and Daniel York (NNSWF Referees and Northern Inland Football) have also been selected to officiate at the 2018 FFA National Youth Championships for Boys which will be held in September.

Northern NSW Football’s Senior Officer for Match Official Administration and Development, Brad Carlin, believes that the selection of Stuart, Daniel, Jack and Samantha is a fitting reward for the hard work they have put into their officiating.

“With continued strong effort, these four young referees have the talent to advance far along to the pathway to top as match officials,” Carlin said.

“Officiating at the National Youth Championships gives them a great chance to succeed at a very high level.”

NNSWF congratulates Stuart, Daniel, Jack and Samantha on their selections and extends its best wishes to them for successful and enjoyable tournaments.
