Moore Creek FC achieve Level 1 FFA Accreditation

October 22nd, 2019

Northern NSW Football (NNSWF) is pleased to announce Moore Creek Football Club as the latest club to achieve Level 1 accreditation with the National Club Accreditation Scheme (NCAS).

Moore Creek FC wrapped up their initial season in Northern Inland Football (NIF) by celebrating the success of they’re Under 13’s team qualifying for the grand final in the NIF Tamworth competition. It has been quite an achievement to register 146 players in their first season with strong representation across all age groups.

Northern NSW Football Club Development Officer Phillip Andrews said it was great to see the club show so much support for the junior team.

“Moore Creek FC strongly supported their under 13 players and families with a strong representation at the NIF Tamworth Grand Final series over the weekend. The club delegates expressed how proud they are of the club’s achievements in such a short time.”

“Gaining level 1 NCAS accreditation confirms that Moore Creek FC has arrived as a football club in the Tamworth district and represents a clear and positive signal to sponsors, grant providers, club members and the community about the future of the club.”

From their Level 1 Accreditation, Moore Creek FC can expect continued guidance from FFA, NNSWF and Northern Inland Football to evolve and further enhance their delivery of community football including support for game development including coach education.

All Northern NSW Football clubs have been issued with login details for FFA’s new National Club Development Program (NCDP). The continued aim is to work with clubs to set and achieve goals that continue to improve opportunities for more people to play football more often.

NNSWF Club Development officer Phillip Andrews has been working with FFA to develop and refine the NCDP and is excited by the opportunity it presents or club development.
