October 2nd, 2019

After picking up victories in yesterday’s day of action in the Football Federation Australia (FFA) National Youth Championships (NYC) for Boys, Northern NSW’s 13 and 14 Years squads backed up their performances with two more wins on the final day of the competition.

13 Years

8:30am – Western Australia 0 def. by Northern NSW 2 (S. Anderson 12′, L. McCallum 20′)

In the opening timeslot of the day, the Northern NSW 13 Years team took down Western Australia in commanding fashion as Seth Anderson, who notched up five goals for the tournament, and Lorcan McCallum both scored the winners.

The side were able to keep Western Australia out in what was the team’s third clean sheet.

14 Years

8:30am – QLD Metro 1 (S. Wiltshire 12′) def. by Northern NSW 2 (A. Gurung 26′, R. Fitzpatrick 28′)

The 14 Years also followed suit in their match against Queensland Metro after successfully coming back from behind to win.
